The personal health and safety of each employee is of primary importance. We maintain a safety and health program conforming with the best practices of organizations of this type. Only through cooperative efforts between management, our safety committee and all employees, can our excellent safety record be preserved and maintained. Mandatory safety meetings are held on a regular basis with all employees and we have an
established safety incentive program.

Our objective is a safety and health program that will reduce the number of injuries to a minimum, not merely keeping with, but surpassing the best experience of other operations similar to ours. Our goal is zero accidents and injuries.
